Apprenticeship Programs

United Service Training Corp. was formed in 1992 to provide quality educational programs for the construction industry. At present we have a four year State Registered Plumbing Apprenticeship Program. This program is registered with the Department of Education and the Broward County School Board. Completers will receive a diploma and other credentials. Students with experience can enter in the first, second, or third year depending on time spent in the trade and knowledge. There is no better educational program to learn the plumbing trade. If you would like an application please email us and we will send one right out to you.

Continuing Education

We offer a variety of courses for contractors, engineers and other interested parties to meet the requirements of continuing education in the State of Florida.

Certification Courses

Contractors performing Medical Gas work are now required by legislation to obtain 32 hours of Medical Gas Certification Training along with their installers. Our agency is CILB certified sponsor # 0001013, course #0001291 and is presently scheduling classes across the State of Florida. The installer must pass a written and practical exam. In Broward County our classes are held at our facility in Coconut Creek, Florida. We will also travel to your location to provide this course with a minimum requirement of ten students.

Our Medical Gas certifications are good for 6 months according to the NFPA99C – 2005 Edition, we notify all installers 45 days in advance of their expiration dates. Installers must fill out an affidavit testifying proof of brazing within their 6 months renewal period. This is a United Service Training Corp certification requirement.

We also provide an ASSE Cross Connection Control/Backflow Certification course. This is a 40 hour practical and classroom certification. ASSE is nationally recognized. Classes are held at our facility in Coconut Creek, Florida. Certifiers must meet the ASSE criteria and recertify every three years. We notify installers prior to their expiration date on their certifications.
